Adopt-A-Chair Sponsorships
The LCSO is using Zeffy because it is a free service that allows us to retain 100% of your donation amount. However, it does not allow us to gather information about which individual or section you wish to sponsor. The program consists of two contributions - first, an initial cash contribution to the
Symphony based upon your age, and second, a will or life insurance bequest to be
included in your estate planning. For the contribution of these 2 things, the donor
will be considered a “Chairperson” of the Symphony and will receive 2 free admissions
to all symphony events for life, including special Chairperson only functions planned
just for them. In effect, we are giving you the opportunity to use your estate to help pay
for lifetime tickets today! The Streeter Law Firm is graciously working with the
Symphony to help our donors with any estate planning questions they may have.
All “Lifetime Membership” donations will be held in a special escrow account and
only drawn down only as symphony events occur. Also, should the Chairperson donor pass away, their surviving spouse can continue receiving the benefits of the program by making just the cash contribution to the symphony based upon their age at that time.
The program is designed to be simple, straightforward, and protective of donors. We can assist you with any questions you may have or estate planning documents you may need.
